Complete each step in order to get your listing live on the Nomadly marketplace
1. Partnership
By joining Nomadly you agree to be listed on the marketplace and accept bookings from verified Nomadly citizens. You agree to honour confirmed bookings and maintain quality standards.
2. Booking Fee
Nomadly charges a non-refundable booking fee (inclusive of VAT) to clients at the time of booking. This is your booking guarantee and is non-refundable regardless of cancellation.
3. Payment Options
a) Deposit Only — Client pays a booking fee to Nomadly. You collect the rest directly from the client. No additional Nomadly processing fee.
b) Full Payment via Nomadly — All payments go through Nomadly. A 5% processing fee is deducted from your payout within 20 business days.
4. Listing Standards
Accurate descriptions, professional photos, and a verified business address are required. Listings are reviewed before going live.
5. Code of Conduct
Respond to enquiries within 24 hours, honour confirmed bookings, and maintain a minimum 4.0-star average.
6. Data & Privacy
Client contact details are shared only after a confirmed booking. Pre-booking communication goes through Nomadly messaging only.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Outstanding bookings must always be honoured.

How long does the listing review take? ▼
We review all listings within 24–48 hours on business days. You will receive an email once approved or if any changes are needed. Not heard back in 48 hours? Email [email protected].
What makes a good listing? ▼
Professional cover photo, a description of at least 80 words, verified address, at least 2 services with prices, and 4+ photos. Complete listings get 3× more enquiries.
When do I receive payouts? ▼
Full Payment model: payouts within 20 business days after the booking. Deposit Only model: you collect from the client directly on the day of service.
Can I update my listing once it is live? ▼
Yes. Go to My Listing & Services and click Save Draft — your listing updates. Significant changes (address, category) may trigger a quick re-review.
How do clients find me? ▼
Clients browse the Nomadly marketplace by category, city and budget. Share your unique listing link on Instagram, WhatsApp and your website. Nomadly also features top listings in newsletters and social posts.
